Services available for individual and groups
Individuals are facilitated by an internationally licensed educator/facilitator through workshops- containing long and shorts modules, personal accompaniment and group accompaniment. The method is experiential – you are invited to experience it directly, and gain tools for self-development by focusing on 3 main areas of growth as follows:
Three areas of growth
A growth process demands action on all three areas. Progress on one of the axes consequently enables growth on the other areas.
i. Area of personal growth
• Becoming more conscious of your own identity.
• Existing in your day-to-day surroundings departing from your very own uniqueness.
• Discovering your personal creativity and gradually experiencing it increasingly.
• Acquiring a clear vision of your responsibilities and taking them on without being ‘under’ or ‘over’ responsible.
• Developing relational aptitudes like communication, dialogue, trust, cooperation or assuming an open attitude towards diversity.
• Increasing your independence and experiencing it in an appropriate manner.
• Gradually discovering and experiencing your own value and the meaning of your life.
ii. Area of re-education of the personality’s ways of functioning
• Gaining a clearer consciousness of your own behavior and assuming responsibility for it.
• Reducing disharmonic functioning and replacing it by good functioning, tackling your overreactions and positioning yourself in life with a certain sense of self-control.
• Learning to make decisions from your deeper consciousness, making constructive decisions in which you take others into account, without being dependent on them.
• Learning to employ good habits, good principles and attainable goals, and to let go of exaggerated principles and ideals.
• Dismantling incorrect or negative thinking patterns, learning to stop and decrease destructive mechanisms.
• Learning to live with certain self-discipline, learning to listen to and implementing your willpower.
• Learning to take into account the needs and possibilities of your body.
• Learning to consider others in your surroundings without exaggerated adaptation or compulsion
iii. Area of taking care of the sensibility
• Learning awareness and translating your sensations into words.
• Taking your feelings seriously without letting yourself being swept along by them.
• Learning to deal with your emotions, recognizing exaggerated feelings and giving all emotions their correct place, expressing your emotions in an appropriate way.
• Learning to put your own experiences into words, and where necessary to analyze them
